The villa has been furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard and creates a perfect blend of contemporary style and comfortable, practical living. A feature of the villa is that all bedrooms have double height, vaulted ceilings. The villa sleeps a maximum of 6 and comprises:
Downstairs: Luxury, spacious lounge with open fireplace, extending through double arches to dining area for 6/8 people. Lounge has satellite TV, DVD and VCR. Two steps lead up to the large kitchen fully equipped with bar and state-of-the art appliances (built in, full sized oven, halogen hob, microwave, built in dishwasher and American-style fridge/freezer). Utility area with storage cupboards and enclosed washer dryer. Cloakroom with toilet. From the lounge and dining area there is access through four sets of patio doors to the numerous outside dining terraces, BBQ area with its own fridge and sink. Large (10 x 5 metre) pool 1.4 metres deep throughout and an extensive, landscaped garden with fruit trees and palms.
Upstairs: Large master bedroom with king size, four-poster bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and power-shower and large balcony with spectacular sunset views. Two further large double bedrooms with twin beds, each having their own balconies with stunning sea or mountain views. Family bathroom with bath and power-shower. Ample built-in wardrobe space in all rooms.

The villa is located near Paphos with views along the coast. It is 2 minutes drive from the nearest beach and the same distance from Secret Valley Golf club, 5 minutes from Aphrodite Hills Golf, Hotel and Leisure complex, 20 minutes from Tsada Golf club:
SECRET VALLEY, which will host a PGA Seniors event in October 2005, is a challenging 6,120 metre par 72 course with fabulous views. Rates £21 to £26 per round depending on season with discounts available, £6 for club rental, £14 cart rental, £4 electric trolley rental. Individual lessons are available from resident PGA Professional at £25 per hour of 1 or 2 people. Golf practice areas.
APHRODITE HILLS is 5 minutes drive from villas. An even more challenging 6,200 metre, Par 72 course. Peak rates; £60 including shared buggy. Handicap certificate required. Excellent practice facilities and PGA professionals. Clubs £20 to rent.
TSADA - 20 minutes drive from villa, set high in the hills. 6,060 metre, par 72 course. Similar rates to Secret Valley.

| Tariff Information |
The weekly rental prices are for the villa, which sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Price includes the cost of air-conditioning, bath towels, cleaning and a welcome pack on arrival. For guests staying for two weeks or more a mid-stay clean and change of linen is also included. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge.

Yes we certainly did enjoy our holiday. Your villa was the highlight of it! You have missed nothing. During our stay we had planned to do lots of sight seeing but it was very difficult to drag ourselves away from the pool! Our kids loved having the pool to their selves and having their friends right next door. Hopefuly one day we`ll be back to enjoy it once more.(Davie family)
