The villa has been furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard and is the height of contemporary style; at the same time providing a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind. A feature of the villa is that all bedrooms have double height, vaulted ceilings. The villa sleeps 6 and comprises:
Downstairs: Spacious open plan lounge with stylish 'L' shaped sofa and separate chair, extending to dining area for 6/8 people with further seating area. Lounge has satellite TV, DVD and VCR. Large kitchen area fully equipped with bar and state-of-the art appliances (built in full sized oven, halogen hob, microwave, built in dishwasher and American-style fridge/freezer). Shower-room with toilet. From the lounge and dining area there is access to the numerous outside dining terraces, BBQ area with its own fridge and sink. Large, (10 x 5 metre) swimming pool and an extensive landscaped garden with fruit trees and palms. The swimming pool has deep and shallow ends and is usually warm from April through November. Villa has a safe and easy-to-use home alarm.
Upstairs: Large master bedroom with king size, four-poster bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and power-shower, dressing area and balcony with sea views, satellite TV. Two further large double bedrooms with twin beds, each having their own en-suite bathrooms with bath and power-showers and balconies with stunning sea or mountain views. Landing with storage cupboards with enclosed washer dryer. Ample built-in wardrobe space in all rooms.

The villa is located near Paphos with views along the coast. It is 2 minutes drive from the nearest beach and the same distance from Secret Valley Golf club, 5 minutes from Aphrodite Hills Golf, Hotel and Leisure complex, 20 minutes from Tsada Golf club:
SECRET VALLEY, which will host a PGA Seniors event in October 2005, is a challenging 6,120 metre par 72 course with fabulous views. Rates C£21 to C£26 per round depending on season with discounts available, £6 for club rental, C£14 cart rental, C£4 electric trolley rental. Individual lessons are available from resident PGA Professional at C£25 per hour of 1 or 2 people. Golf practice areas.
APHRODITE HILLS is 5 minutes drive from villas. An even more challenging 6,200 metre, Par 72 course. Peak rates; C£60 including shared buggy. Handicap certificate required. Excellent practice facilities and PGA professionals. Clubs C£20 to rent.
TSADA - 20 minutes drive from villa, set high in the hills. 6,060 metre, par 72 course. Similar rates to Secret Valley.

| Tariff Information |
The weekly rental prices are for the villa, which sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Price includes the cost of air-conditioning, bath towels, cleaning and a welcome pack on arrival. For guests staying for two weeks or more a mid-stay clean and change of linen is also included. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge.

Fly to Paphos, then 10 minutes drive on the new A6 motorway towards Limassol. From Larnaca, 90 minutes drive on the A6 towards Paphos.
