Villa Ariadne is a spacious detached villa overlooking vineyards and the sea.
The house was completed in January 2005 and comprises lounge, dining room, kitchen, ground floor cloakroom, sun room/fourth bedroom, three upper floor bedrooms – one with en suite – and a shower room. All rooms have been furnished to a very high standard.
There is air conditioning and fans in all rooms and these may be operated by individual controls. There is also central heating for any visitors who venture forth in the winter months.
Outside there is an 8 x 4 metre swimming pool, shower and barbecue area. There are also sun beds and outdoor dining facilities.
The kitchen has a built-in hob (gas) and oven (electric). There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. There is an ample supply of cutlery, cooking utensils, crockery and glasses. Bed linen and house towels are all provided.
The pool is cleaned at least once a week and the water content regularly monitored. The house is also cleaned once a week and sheets changed.
Please note: As Ariadne is situated two thousand feet above sea level the temperatures are sometimes up to three degrees below coastal averages. In the summer this has the benefit of cleaner, fresher air with no humidity.

There are three golf courses close by, one 10 minutes drive away and the other two about half-an-hour.
For the less active there is a modern television in the lounge showing local Cypriot programmes, along with specialist film and sports channels (normally at least three UK Premiership matches live per weekend) and the basic Sky package. There is also a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. The sunroom also has a second DVD player and monitor – ideal for keeping the children occupied! |

Ariadne is a non smoking house. Ashtrays are available on the patio areas.

On making a booking we would require 40% deposit and the remainder on arrival.
Visitors to Ariadne are advised to book flights to Paphos, which is only 30 minutes drive away.
There are two scheduled flights a week from Heathrow, Luton, Stansted and Gatwick – on varying days. Arrangements can be made to pick up visitors if required. A car is advisable. |
| How to find the property |
|
It is situated in a village called Koili (sometimes spelt Kili) and stands around 2,000 feet above Paphos which is in the south-western corner of Cyprus. By car it is 15-20 minutes to the coast and the nearest supermarkets, shops etc are as close as 10 minutes drive away. |
