Villa Charmie is a BRAND NEW three bedroom villa with a private pool, situated in the beautiful location of Secret Valley. It is about 20 minutes drive from Paphos and is just a short drive from the breath-taking scenery of Aphrodite's Rock.
Recently completed in April 2006, Villa Charmie combines classic and modern furniture with fresh new ideas. There are marvellous sea views from the living area and is set in large landscaped gardens.
OUTSIDE:
There is a large private pool with a large surrounding patio area, and a large garden area with private parking.
GROUND FLOOR:
Spacious open-plan living and dining area. Both dining and living areas have patio doors that open onto the front terrace from where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets Cyprus has to offer.
Kitchen: Fully fitted with oven-hob, fridge-freezer, micro-wave, washing machine, dish-washer, extractor fan and ample storage cupboards.
There is also a guest cloakroom.
1ST FLOOR:
Master Bedroom (sea view): Double bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to a private terrace from which you can enjoy spectacular views.
Bedroom 2 (sea view): Twin beds with en-suite shower room and a balcony from which you can enjoy similar views as the master bedroom.
Bedroom 3 (mountain view): Double bed with en-suite shower and balcony where you can enjoy mountain views.

Nearby to the Secret Valley is Aphrodite's Rock, Tomb of the Kings, beaches, water-sports, the water-park and enjoy the lively atmosphere of Paphos.
Paphos town is about a 15 minutes drive away, which has a harbour, numerous types of restaurants and taverns, bars and nightclubs. Alternatively, savour the excellent food and wines in the quieter tavernas in nearby Pissouri and Kouklia with their gentle and friendly character. |

APHRODITE HILLS is 5 minutes drive from villas. An even more challenging 6,200 metre, Par 72 course. Excellent practice facilities and PGA professionals.

| How to find the property |
|
Fly to Paphos International airport. To reach the property by car from Paphos airport, turn left upon leaving the airport carpark and continue along this road until you reach a T junction. Turn right at this junction and continue until you pass under a bridge. After about 50m, turn left and pass under another bridge to a roundabout, at which you go straight across. Drive up the hill and take the first turning on your right, then after about 300m second left. You turn immediately right and Villa Charmie is situated to the left at the end of the cul de sac. The drive from the airport will take about 10 mins. From Larnaca International airport, about 70 minutes drive on the A6 towards Paphos, pass Pissouri village and then take exit to Secret Valley Golf Resort, which is very weill sign posted. |
