This property has been furnished to an extremely high standard. The interior is modern and luxurious but at the same time offers a tranquil and relaxing place to unwind. The exterior has a large breakfast patio plus a covered veranda where you can enjoy the use of a large private pool. This property also benefits from an exclusive rooftop garden /solarium where you can take pleasure in the 360 degree fabulous panoramic sea and mountain views.
This property is spacious and airy. All rooms are fitted with remote controlled Air-conditioning units which is included in the rental price (some villa owners charge extra for this service)
Downstairs comprises of a large open plan modern lounge dining area. Satallite TV, DVD and CD System. The dining area easily accommodates 6 people and leads into the large fully fitted kitchen with oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer all all mod cons expected with this standard of property. There is a separate WC downstairs and all windows and doors are fitted with fly screens and shutters.
Upstairs, the Master bedroom is furnished to a luxurious standard has parquet flooring, ample wardrobe space and matching vanity units, it also has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony which offers stunning sea and mountain views, the ideal 'wake-up' scenery for those beautiful lazy holiday mornings.
Both the two twin bedrooms are again furnished to a very high luxurious standard with one of the bedrooms offering fabulous views from its own balcony. Again both of these twin rooms have ample wardrobe space and enjoy the benefit of the newly fitted parquet flooring.
Upstairs also has a main bathroom which has both bath, shower and WC. The windows and doors upstairs are again all fited with fly screens and shutters.

Paphos is said to be one of the most beautiful parts of Cyprus. Set upon lovely sandy beaches such as Coral Bay and home to some of the islands best archaeological sites it is a very cultural area with plenty to see and do. Visit the Tomb of the Kings these impressive underground tombs date back to the 4th century BC. They are carved out of solid rock with some being decorated with Doric pillars. High officials rather than Kings were buried here, but the magnificence of the tombs gave the locality its name.
Whatever your tastes there is something for everyone. There are over 600 bars and restaurants and clubs in and around Paphos. The food is good value and ranges from contemporary and traditional cuisine. There is a picturesque harbour within a 15 minute walk with it's ancient castle, here you can relax in a number of restaurants or take a boat trip around the coast. There is diving and paracending available, along with fishing trips. Within a 20 minutes drive there are 3 championship golf courses. A short walk to the bustling old town and the daily market is well worthwhile. |
