One and two bedroomed apartments and villas in Paphos within easy reach of old town, beach front, shops and restaurants. Each accommodation has full air conditioning, modern kitchen appliances with washing machines. The bathrooms all have baths, showers and WC. Some properties share a large pool and garden area and some have private pools. All linen, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are provided along with mid stay cleans. |

These beautiful 3 bedroom villas and 2 bedroomed apartments have been furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard, providing comfortable and practical living.
Ground floor:
Luxury spacious lounge/dining area for 6/8 people. Lounge has satellite TV, DVD, VCR and CD Player etc. Separate spacious kitchen/ dining area and fully equipped with all appliances. Utility area incorporating washer and dryer. Cloakroom with toilet. From the lounge, dining area and kitchen there is access through three sets of patio doors to numerous outside dining terraces incorporating BBQ facilities.
First Floor:
Large master bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and dressing area. Two further large double bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds. Family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Ample wardrobe space in all rooms.
We also have apartments available for rent 150 metres from the sea, very near to shops, restaurants and bars. Large garden area and a communcal swimming/ bathing area plus undercover car parking.
Villas and apartments are intermingled with a variety of amenities for example, local tavernas serving authentic Cyprus dishes.

Weekly rental prices shown are for villas and apartments which sleep a maximum of 8 or 6 people respectively. Price includes the cost of electricity, air conditioning, bath towels, cleaning and a welcome pack on arrival.
For guests staying for two weeks or more a mid stay clean and change of linen is also included.
A cot and high chair can be provided upon request. We provide free airport transfers.

15 minutes from airport, approximately 5 miles drive to Kato Paphos, 15 minutes south to Coral Bay Apartments. Close to the centre of Kato Paphos tourist area. Five minutes drive to Paphos old town and 15 minutes drive west to Coral Bay beach. |
