FIRST FLOOR has 3 double bedrooms, 1 with twin beds, CD player, and a shared family bathroom. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, 20" TV & DVD player, a superb 2 person en-suite Jacuzzi/bath and its own private balcony with lovely sea views.
The 3rd double bedroom boasts a king size bed with 37" TV & DVD player & private balcony with sea/mountain views!
OUTDOORS there is a private parking, large garden, BBQ/ dining area, 6 garden chairs, sun loungers, parasol,swinging hammock, a large 10x5mtr private pool with pool side shower, and South East facing aspect provides all day sunshine.

For any periods other than weekly or fortnightly please contact us so we can inform you of rates and availability.
To secure a booking we require a 25% deposit immediately when making the booking and a security deposit of GBP £200 must be paid in advance before your arrival. This is to cover breakages, damages or cancellation. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage. The final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, we require the full amount when booking is made. Payments should be made by cheque.
Check in times are 1400 hours and check out time is 1000 hours, unless prior arrangements have been made. |
