A detached fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom villa situated in an elevated position below the village of Tremithousa. The area is quiet and peaceful, commanding fantastic views across farm land towards the blue Mediterranean sea and mountains. There is a beautiful 10m x 5m private swimming pool, surrounded by terraced areas with garden furniture and sun loungers. There are also large gardened areas for relaxation and a barbecue. |

The villa comprises of a spacious open plan living room with large sofas, coffee tables, satellite T.V, DVD, video and a stereo. the room also features a log burner for those not so warm winter days and nights. The dinning area has a formal table to seat eight people, and two sets of sliding patio doors which lead onto a large terrace that takes advantage of the panoramic views. There is also a cloakroom complete with basin & WC on this floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with floor and wall units, ample work surfaces, hob with extraction hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron/board and various cooking utensils. A door from the kitchen leads to the utility room which has a seperate sink, storage and a washing machine. An attractive staircase leads up to the three bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom comprising of a bath, shower, basin and WC. The bedroom leads onto a veranda hosting stunning sea views. Bedroom two has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom three has twin beds and a built in wardrobe. Both bedroom two and three lead onto verandas with fantastic views of the sea. There is also a guest bathroom comprising of a bath, basin and WC. The water in the villa is heated by solar panels, but there is an emmersion heater for those occasional cold winter days. There is air-conditioning throughout which can be switched to heat if required. Linen is provided but guests are required to supply their own beach/pool towels.

Paphos is said to be one of the most beautiful parts of Cyprus. Set upon lovely sandy beaches such as Coral Bay and home to some of the islands best archaeological sites it is a very cultural area with plenty to see and do. Visit the Tomb of Kings, these impressive underground tombs date back to the 4th century BC. They are carved out of solid rock with some being decorated with Doric pillars. High officials rather than kings were buried here, but the magnitude of the tombs gave the locality its name.
Whatever your tastes there is something for everyone . Ther are over 600 bars and tavernas and clubs in and around Paphos.The food is good value and ranges from contempory and traditional cuisine. There is a picturesque harbour within 15 minutes drive away with its ancient castle, here you can relax in a number of restaurants or take a boat trip around the coast. Within a 5 minute drive there is a championship golf club, Tsada Golf Club. It has an eighteen hole course, and a driving range which is open to the general public. There are many small villages in the area, serving traditional Cypriot food and providing local entertainment most nights of the week. |

Villa Helena is in the village of Tremithousa, which is located on the outskirts of Paphos on the south-west corner of Cyprus. By car it is a 25 minute drive to Paphos airport , and a 10 minutes away from the centre of Paphos and the beaches and tourist areas. |
