The villa is set in large landscaped gardens with a beautiful 10m x 5m private swimming pool to the rear of the property away from the road. The entrance hallway opens onto a very spacious open-plan living and dining room, separated by archways. The living area has large comfortable sofas, TV, fireplace and patio doors leading onto both the front and rear terraces. The dining area also has patio doors leading onto the front terrace with its marvelous sea views and from where you can enjoy the spectacle of breathtaking sunsets over the sea. The fully fitted kitchen has ample storage cupboards, oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. A door leads onto the rear terrace and swimming pool area. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor. A wide stairway leads to the upper floor with particularly spacious landing. The master bedroom suite is very grand both in its size and furnishing. It comprises a dressing area, en-suite bathroom and 2 sets of double patio doors leading onto the large covered terrace from where you can enjoy spectacular sea views. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, ample wardrobe space and a balcony benefiting from sea views.
The ground floor is entirely open plan with 4 sets of double patio doors leading onto terraces to the front and rear gardens giving the property a very airy and spacious feel. There are 2 sitting areas, one with satellite TV and DVD player and comfortable traditional sofas around a Georgian style fireplace, and the other with deep modern rattan furniture set around a large coffee table. The dining area focuses around an attractive oval table and chairs conveniently positioned next to the kitchen with smart black granite worktops. The kitchen is well appointed with an oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Off the entrance hall is the ground floor cloakroom.
All bedrooms are en-suite.
A staircase leads to the first floor which has a large double bedroom with dressing area and en suite shower room (double sized shower) and 2 twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have generous wardrobe space and double patio doors leading onto balconies with either sea or mountain views and are exquisitely furnished.
All rooms have air conditioning / heating and ceiling fans. The large landscaped garden has lawns around a lovely 10m X 5m swimming pool for respite from the heat of the mid day sun. A large orroco table with matching chairs sits on the terrace, as does a circular granite coffee/breakfast table, also a BBQ. For sunbathing there are 6 sun loungers with mattresses and 2 large sun umbrellas.

The villa is located about 20 mins from the historic town of Paphos and is situated on unspoilt coastline near to Aphrodite's rock. It is only about a 2 min drive from the nearest beach and about the same distance from Secret Valley Golf Club, 5 mins from Aphrodite Golf and Leisure complex and about 20 mins from Tsada Golf Club. Secret Valley Golf Club, which will host the PGA Seniors event in October 2005, is a challenging 6,120m par 72 course with fabulous views of the surrounding valley. Rates are EUR 35-44 per round depending on season. Club hire will cost just EUR 10 and buggy hire EUR 24. Lessons are available from the resident PGA professional.
